Delete Account

You can permanently delete your Hip Dip Fix account and associated data in the app or request deletion by email. There is no fee.

Option 1: Delete in the app

  1. Sign in to your Hip Dip Fix account.
  2. Open the Privacy Center.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Review the information shown and confirm the deletion.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

  1. Email hipdipfix.app@gmail.com, preferably from the address used for your Hip Dip Fix account.
  2. Use the subject Account Deletion.
  3. Include the email address associated with the account. Do not send your password or progress photos.

We may reply with a reasonable verification step to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.

What is deleted

After verification, deletion covers data associated with your Hip Dip Fix account, including:

  • your authentication account and profile;
  • measurements, goals, workout activity, and workout history;
  • health notes and other progress records;
  • private progress photos; and
  • stored AI analysis or weekly insight records linked to your account.

We delete or de-identify this data from active systems without undue delay, normally within 30 days after a verified request.

Limited retention

Residual copies may remain in encrypted or protected backups for up to 90 days before routine deletion. We may retain only limited records required for legal, tax, accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention, or security purposes for the period required by applicable law.

Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Supabase, and OpenAI may retain limited records under their own legal obligations and retention policies. App-store purchase records are controlled by Apple or Google.

Cancel your subscription separately

Deleting the app or your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it separately in your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings to prevent future renewal charges.
