1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. Hip Dip Fix is not intended for children. If you do not meet these requirements, do not use the Service.

2. Your account

You may create an account using an email address and password. You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your sign-in details secure, and all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at hipdipfix.app@gmail.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You may request account deletion through the in-app Privacy Center or by following our account deletion instructions.

3. The Service

Hip Dip Fix provides fitness and glute-hip training features, including workout guidance and tools that let you record measurements, workouts, health notes, and private progress photos. Features may change as we improve the Service.

You decide what information to record and are responsible for the content you submit. Progress photos are private account content and are not posted publicly by Hip Dip Fix.

4. Health and fitness disclaimer

Exercise involves risk of injury. Before beginning or changing an exercise program, consult a qualified healthcare professional if you have an injury, medical condition, are pregnant or postpartum, take medication, or have any concern about whether exercise is appropriate for you. Stop exercising and seek appropriate help if you experience pain, dizziness, faintness, shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

You are responsible for choosing activities suitable for your condition, using proper form and equipment, and exercising in a safe environment.

5. Optional AI features

If you choose to use AI photo analysis or weekly insights, selected content may be processed by OpenAI to generate a response. AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for you. It must not be treated as medical advice or relied on to diagnose a condition, assess injury risk, or make healthcare decisions.

Use of AI features is optional. Review any output critically and consult a qualified professional when appropriate. More information about processing is in our Privacy Policy.

6. Subscriptions and payments

Some features may require a paid subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The price, billing period, trial terms, and applicable taxes are displayed by the store before purchase. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled within the period required by the applicable store.

Apple or Google processes your payment and controls billing, cancellation, and refunds under its own terms. RevenueCat helps us manage subscription status and access entitlements but does not receive your full payment card details.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of measurements, notes, photos, and other content you submit. You give us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, back up, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and provide the Service to you.

You must have the right to upload your content. Do not upload unlawful content, photos of another person without their permission, or content that violates another person’s privacy or intellectual property rights.

8. Acceptable use

You may not:

• use the Service for an unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, another account, or related systems;
• interfere with security, availability, or normal operation of the Service;
• copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or redistribute the Service except where the law expressly permits it; or
• use automated tools to place an unreasonable load on the Service.

9. Our intellectual property

Hip Dip Fix, including its software, design, text, graphics, workout materials, and branding, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership of the Service to you.

10. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including Supabase, OpenAI for optional AI features, RevenueCat, Apple, and Google. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for a third-party service outside our reasonable control.

11. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Hip Dip Fix available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may maintain, update, change, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. Where practical, we will provide notice of a material change that significantly affects paid functionality.

12. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access if you materially violate these Terms, create a security risk, misuse the Service, or if required by law. We will act proportionately and provide notice when reasonably possible. You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account as described above.

Sections that by their nature should continue after termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability—will remain in effect.

13. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will meet every requirement or produce a particular fitness, appearance, or health outcome. Individual results vary.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, consumer protections, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, the law, or our practices. We will update the effective date and provide reasonable notice in the app or by other appropriate means if a change is material. Continuing to use the Service after updated Terms take effect means you accept them, where permitted by law.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights or protections available to you under the laws of your place of residence. Courts and consumer authorities with mandatory jurisdiction retain that jurisdiction.
